Victoria Kaigai is a communications, public policy and government affairs professional with over 15 years of experience across telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, energy and financial services. She specialises in strategic stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy and building effective partnerships between the public and private sectors. She currently serves as Head of External Affairs at Giraffe Bioenergy, a Kenyan renewable energy company developing an integrated cassava-to-bioethanol value chain in Kilifi County.

Representing the Kenya Association of Manufacturers, Victoria has played an active role in advancing intellectual property protection and combating illicit trade in Kenya. 

As Chair of the KAM Anti-Illicit Trade Committee, she led advocacy and multi-stakeholder engagement that helped establish a presidential multi-agency initiative to strengthen the country’s response to illicit trade.

Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Public Communication and Public Relations from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Nairobi.
