The Institute has established a Public Complaints Desk (the Desk) that handles all public complaints with regard to the mandate of the Institute. The establishment of the Desk is also part of the Institute’s obligations under the Performance Contract with the Government of the Republic of Kenya.

The Desk is located in a designated office which is equipped with a “level 9” telephone facility and an email address,
