Mr. Ahmed Issack Hassan, CBS is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and a Certified Public Secretary. He has an over 27 year's progressive experience in legal practice, public service and election administration.

He is the former Chairman of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission of Kenya. He also served as a Commissioner in the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission and as a Legal Consultant to UNDP Somalia in the Somalia Constitution-Making Project.

He has practised law as the Managing Partner of the Law Firm of Ibrahim, Issack & Company Advocates. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Nairobi, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Certificate in Contemporary Public Administration Management, Galilee International Management Institute in Israel.
