Notice on March 2013 IP Journal commencement date
The Industrial Property Journal, number 2013/03, for the Month of March 2013 was published on 16th April 2013 instead of 31st March 2013. The delay was due to technical challenges with the Industrial Property Administration System.
IT IS notified for the general information of the public that all the relevant statutory periods as provided for in the Industrial Property Act 2001, the Industrial Property Regulations 2002, the Trade Marks Act, Cap 506 of the Laws of Kenya and the Trade Mark Rules shall start running from 16th April 2013 and not 31st March 2013.

KIONDO IDEA THEFT: AN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MYTH!
